Nice hotel with a nice hot and cold breakfast. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Only thing is the beds are a little on the hard side, so my husband had a hard time sleeping. Quiet and close to downtown Temecula and the wineries.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. I do find it a bit pricey, but it's wedding season at Temecula winery area. It's to be expected. Staff is friendly and courteous. Just like most Holiday Inn, breakfast was complimentary and was decent. It was a great stay and location is very convenient. Close to stores and restaurants.

We spent a night during a business trip and found this hotel average. We only found 1 computer to use which was inconveniently placed next to the reception counter in an open yet cramped space. The room and the breakfast were pretty average; we have had better at HIE in other locations.

Stayed here one night to attend wedding at a winery. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly terrible. This never happened on previous stays at the Holiday Inn, so very disappointed. Eggs were over cooked and like rubber. Bacon was tasteless and Turkey patties were dry and hard. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and we were told by maid we had to get it on first floor. The pool was yellow and not sure what that was about. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We used our rewards points so can't complain about the cost for our overnight stay, however had we had to pay, I'd be very upset. Rooms near the wineries are expensive and overpriced and I'd expect better than this. Location is Uber friendly and I was happy about this.

So sorry about your breakfast experience while here with us. I will certainly share your comments with the breakfast staff to insure that they are following the proper cooking procedures. I thank you for being a member of our rewards club.
