There was no running water for over 24 hours of our short 2 night stay making it impossible to shower or use the restroom. In addition, we were told there were not enough linens for our pull out bed and the main bed had a mattress cover rather than a top sheet. I understand these things can happen but the lack of customer service in making this situation right was inexcusable.

Our team was and still is working diligently at restoring services and the several rooms that were destroyed by this occurrence.

I will absolutely follow up with our team, in regards to this situation, I know on this date we were limited on linen due to the water being out but they could have explained that situation to you, and being honest could have helped you in that situation better then our team not assisting.

We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can address.

Please do not stay here!!! We checked in Nov 9 and our experience was so bad we checked out after a couple of hours! I have never done that with any hotel in my 34 years of life. Do not be fooled by the 100+ reviews that show 4/5 stars. The room was not properly cleaned, there was trash in our room/hallways, and there was NO hot water. Then after reading multiple reviews from people checking in when we did (Nov2021) we saw the water pipe burst that others commented on so now we know why there was no hot water. Seeing the big fans in the hallway was a big red flag that we tried to disregard. Also, ALL staff members were rude and no one cared to listen or solve any issues guests had. To sum this review up, unless you want to stay in a half-ass cleaned room with cheap furniture and a loud ass a/c unit…spare yourself the headache. They were so rude to us that I was exhausted fighting with them for my money back. I paid $800 for our stay and they only refunded me $700 after talking to Hilton corporate and Hotels.com. Please go stay at Staybridge and talk to Cindy. You will have a much better experience.

After speak with Expedia as our management team was not aware of the issues you encountered we did ensure that all nights were refunded except the first nights stay. We did not want you to pay for further nights that you were not happy with. We understand your frustration and our team is here to be of assistance in anyway we can, we would just please ask that you communicate in the future as all items could have been addressed right away as these are all items that we take very seriously and without knowing it is an issue we can not address and fix.

Thank you for your loyalty and we hope that your next visit will be less eventful.

All around bad experience. Tried to check in early, but wasn’t allowed to because the water was out. I just needed to change (after a 5 hour road trip) for a wedding, so I didn’t need water, but they offered me the public hotel bathroom? Why couldn’t I have just changed in the room, since I was leaving for the wedding and wouldn’t use the water? Water wasn’t even turned on until 9:30pm! Front desk personnel seemed overwhelmed because of the water outage. There were leftovers from the last guest in the refrigerator and a couple dirty q-tips in the trash can in my room, as well.

Water pipes broke flooded hotel. No urgency from hotel management or apologies. Checked out in less than twenty-four hours. Hotel said they could not check me out because I used Hilton honors points. Not very friendly at all

For a $400 hotel rooms ; frozen breakfast with cold coffee at 8 am . I wouldn’t stay again here . Stayed for conviene of breakfast but had to go out and get one which is inconvenient in the morning to go out with a pet.
