The Spa is one of my favorites! I love their mineral pools. The staff are all exceptional! My massage was outstanding! This was my second time at the spa this year and we will be back again soon.

Stayed here 3 nights while visiting wine country. Great staff—Faye at the concierge desk was particularly helpful. Grounds are gorgeous, and rooms are spacious and clean. Bar is great, as is the lobby with the beautiful fireplace. Breakfasts ( which were included with our package) were tasty. Overall a very nice stay.

Loved our time at the spa, even on a chilly, rainy day! My prenatal massage with Rosa was amazing and my husband had the best time utilizing the Roman baths! The staff even brought us blankets to make sure we were warm enough. Such a relaxing day!

This hotel is far from being rated as a 5 start hotel. No room service during my 60 hours stay, room looked like from a 1990 movie. Ugly paint work on the walls with some holes still visible. Nothing you'd expect from a 5 start hotel charging $500/night

Spa is tired and dated.Time for a reno! Staff was generally not that helpful either with the exception of our massage therapist who was lovely. Didn’t feel like it was very good value as a result. Did appreciate the complimentary valet parking
