This was an interesting place to visit in that it is a full working dairy farm. One doesn't get a tour of either the dairy or more importantly the cheese making process, but the tiny little office has samples of their one cheese "St. Jorge" that is their family Artisan Farmstead recipe from the Azores. One can also see the rows and rows of cheeses in various stages of aging, from their office. We are immediately given free tasting samples and I immediately purchased a pound! It was delicious! I definitely recommend it.
