We stopped by on our way to Orange County for lunch. The special was this Alambre dish that I had never tried. In this case it was six corn tortilla's arranged on the bottom in pairs. That was then topped with grilled onions, chilies, chopped bacon and tender filet and covered in melted cheese. If you ever are there when this is on the menu it is spectacular!
