Rented this house for 3 nights for a short family reunion.
The house is clean, roomy, comfortable, and well appointed. It accommodated eight adults easily. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for several big meals. The living room furniture was casual and comfortable. The barbecue on the deck was handy and easy to use. Easy parking for 4 cars in the driveway. The skylights upstairs provided a beautiful light.
It rained a couple days we were there, so we didn't get to take advantage of the outdoor areas, but the gas fireplace provided some nice warmth.
Great location, close to Natural Bridges beach, the boardwalk and wharf. We took several nice walks along West Cliff drive. There is a huge Safeway just down the street if you forget anything.
Just a couple things to note. The main living/dining/kitchen/barbeque area is upstairs, so you will need to carry up all your grocery items.
This upstairs area has a tile floor and high ceiling, so if you get more than a couple conversations going on at once it can be a bit loud.
Lastly, the nice master bedroom upstairs is directly off this main living area, so if you are staying in that room you will hear the first people getting up in the morning to make coffee.
I would highly recommend this house for a great stay in Santa Cruz.More
