It has nothing to see except a few ligts inaide the train. Actualy it is Very ugly outside in most of the ride. The employees were rude and clearly didn't seem to like to work there at all. The ride costed our family $120. We got one paper horn to two of our children to share. When I asked the staff on the train to get one more to each of them. I was scold by asking for more. It was very shocking experience to me and my family with two young kids. The ride had nothing to entertain riders. My kids said they were bored and disappointed.

Taking the family on a open air train ride through the Santa Cruz Big Bear Mountain surrounded by Redwood Forest 1000s of years old saving hours on hiking through... priceless. Professional experience with conductor giving history! Loved it. Nearby don't forget to walk through the Henry Cowell Forrest to see more redwoods up close, banana slugs everywhere and take a beautiful less than a mile hike with kids. Was awesome. Worth every penny.

We arrived at 10:35 and was on the 11:15 train. Heaps of fun and the Christmas tree walk with Santa was an added bonus. Free cup of hot apple cider at the walk was nice. If you sit on the long open carriages, try and sit in the middle of the carriage - otherwise it is to hard to hear the presentation over people talking.
