We were booked through Hotwire at the South ESA. However, when we arrived they said they were full and did not even have our reservation. After the young man at the counter told us to call Hotwire directly because we would have to deal with them, and that he could not, we were not very happy. After some verbal exchange about how wrong this situation was,he finally said “let me call next door to the North ESA. Yes there are two of them right next door to each other! We had been booked in there instead. Grateful that we had a room, we walked next door and to our room number two,two,five. What a disappointment when we stepped into the room. The doors had what appeared to be food or (?) splatters on them. Door frame too. Kitchen sink had something disgusting in it. The kitchen counters had a sticky film of something on them. The bath sink faucets had soap and toothpaste caked on them. There were hairs on the edge of the tub, not ours mind you. When we reached for the bath towel later to dry off, there were long hairs all over it. The wall by the bed closest to the bath had what appeared to be old brown buggers stuck to it, along with several holes. We found what was either an old dried piece of poop or a smashed candy bar (2”x2”) on the floor by the TV. Under the table and the heater air conditioner appeared to have never been cleaned. Old used papers and notes still in bedside table drawer. Food had been left in cupboards. Sign on thermostat and heater was wrong. Thermostat did not work and was even installed haphazardly on the wall. Had to use controls on the unit itself. Floors and carpet very disgusting. Bedding did not appear to be changed as it was not made snuggly as a clean bed should have been. We were very tired from our long day and decided to address this with the establishment in the morning. In the morning we related all our concerns at the front desk and were assured the manager would be notified. However, when we came back that night, nothing had been touched. Now if this was not enough, their breakfast is a farce. It is a very minimal offering. It should not even be called Breakfast. It is just coffee and a few bars and maybe muffins. Which is not even stocked to last through their so called breakfast time. When we asked where it was, the desk lady pointed to a tiny counter and then said that next door had what they did not. Found out from family that was staying next door that next door had nothing also. The cleaning crew and staff need to be retrained. Children in the work space is not safe and is a distraction from the job. All in all I think a credit or refund is is order.
We will not stay here again.

They cleaned my room twice over the course of two weeks. And they didn't have a coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was just coffee, out meal, muffins and granola bars. I found bottle caps in the room. People were nice.

Mattress covers were badly stained, the shower was dirty and hadn't been wiped down, management was lazy and had a bad attitude. I literally heard him say from the back "No, I'm not talking to them. Tell them I'm not here". Not worth even half the price I paid. This was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

if your just here to rest and relax this is the place. it was cool I liked it clean, and really nice area. I was pleased! the location was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. It was a last minute deal for us and they made it happen.

Great place,great prices; great ppl made my stay every easy. And fast check in less then 2 mins I was in my room the only thing that I can think and I forgot to ask was if they could turn on the A/C for me so that when I got to my room it could of been fresh other then everything good
