I came for dinner on my own at around 8:00 pm with no reservation.
I sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the work of the sushi chefs and seeing the
variety of rolls that were prepared.
Service was good, courteous and prompt.
I went with two nigiris (tuna, yellowtail), salmon skin roll, unagi roll and one of
the specials of the house (Mizu Monster special). I enjoyed the 'classic' ones, less
the elaborate house special.
For desert, I had mango mochi ice cream.
Overall a very good experience.
In a future visit will try the sashimi.
