Have actually had breakfast here two times in the past two weeks. Depending upon the day, there may be quite a wait, but it is well worth it. Servers are all energetic and courteous. Coffee is usually quite hot (and thermos full of coffee is generally supplied for the table). The past two times, that I have eaten here, I have had the 1/2 order veggie rootie hoop potatoes. First breakfast I had ordered a poached egg, but as there is so much food, I did not on the second visit and there was still more than enough. The veggie contains cooked fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and, of course, potatoes. Most places, where I have ordered a similar dish, covered it with cheddar cheese. Cricket's does not, but I believe it may be even more enjoyable with just a little cheese. Fellow diners all enjoyed their breakfast. There are so many menu choices that it would take a very long time to try everything on the menu. Please keep up the good work. Just a different experience than most of the "usual" diners (especially the chains). Lots of personality on the walls and with the employees.

Cricket's is a fun vintage diner with good hearty food, friendly service and a gazillion mementoes including a model train that runs around under the ceiling. We had a tasty ample breakfast. Prices are moderate. Well worth a stop just for the fun of it.

We love this place for a good breakfast in a cool indoor space with lots of knick-knacks and oddities including a toy train running around the ceiling of the back dining area. The food is always tasty and filling. No small portions here. I love the Whole Hog which has eggs, choice of bread (I always get the biscuits and gravy), bacon, ham and sausage (hence the name). Always look at the chalkboard specials. Highly recommended, it can be busy on weekends so prepare for a wait that is well worth it!

CRICKETS & CO RESTAURANT is the best restaurant I have ever visited. I would rate it A+++ From the moment we entered the restaurant, we noticed lots of people waiting but in just a couple of minutes those diners were seated and attended to right away by very polite and welcoming employees. The impeccably clean kitchen is visible to the diners, unlike other restaurants, people don't see the kitchen. The servers are neat, fast and polite in serving the different excellent dishes to the diners. One more thing about this restaurant, the ladies' restroom is absolutely immaculate!.CRICKET & CO RESTAURANT should be emulated by other big restaurant chains. KUDOS to the Manager Patrick and his team.

This is a hidden gem among all the local breakfast spots. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and you could blink and miss it driving by, but this place has great breakfast food and old time friendly service.

The decore inside will remind you of an old antique store, knick knacks and interesting bric a brac on every shelf and wall. The menu has something for everyone that is in your family, and served with a genuine smile. Baked from scratch bread and the food tastes like you would get from "grandma". This is now one of my favorite breakfast spots when I come back to visit!
