Review of Bloom Coffee & Tea

Bloom Coffee & Tea
Ranked #9 of 9 Coffee & Tea in Roseville
Restaurant details

3 people serving 7 people shouldn't take 10 minutes for a latte. Served customers out of order and general apathy of customers. Coffee was weak even with extra shot.

It feels like a wood shop teacher did the decor

The scone was decent more muffin then scone. Saving grace was the scone.

It's the Wandering Yank here. Mrs. Yank and I used to live in the area and we had visited Bloom several times. We enjoyed it since it had better coffee and more character than the usual Starbucks.

On a recent visit to Roseville, we returned to Bloom. Bad news....the decor has changed significantly. All the comfortable chairs are gone, replaced by picnic tables and wooden chairs. It all looks very uncomfortable. So why return?

And my wife's scone was execrable. But our coffees were okay.

2 thumbs down.

Fun, small, quaint, artsy, and good coffee/tea drinks. This small but busy place is wonderful if you want to veg out while looking at the internet, and just be you. Dress code is whatever you feel like wearing, with no-one being critical of how you are dressed or who you THINK you are:):)

Love the coffee and pastry choices. A great alternative to Starbucks. Seating in outside or inside and all comfortable. Great for business coffee breaks (there's wifi) or outing with a friend.

I would never go back here. The service was terrible. We waited forever for 2 coffees while the staff behind the counter chatted with their friends. Then, when they called us to come get our coffees, they were cold.
