We had very good dim sum on a Saturday. Its a very popular place, so one checks in and gets a number.

The restaurant is nice in that they have lots of outside shaded seating while you wait. This is one of the few dim sum restaurants I have been to with this nice of seating. It allowed us to have a fun time waiting for our number to be called.

One orders from the menu (versus carts). All food is freshly prepared and we thought it was very good. They have so many great choices.

Service was good. We had jasmine tea with dim sum.

Parking is free (but with such a popular restaurant) we found one of the two last remaining spots.

I also liked the upscale feel of this nice Asian restaurant.

Took my blonde brother-in-law and half-Chinese daughters here for a birthday lunch treat. Most of the clientele were Chinese. I actually like the fact that the service for Caucasians was secondary.

The waiters didn't ignore us but also didn't come over and ask us repeatedly how everything was. It was nice to be left alone and not rushed.

Having to first figure out the numbers to put on the Chinese order sheet was kind of cool. We enjoyed that part, like a game.

Every dish we ordered was authentic and outstanding Cantonese dim sum fare, with excellent ingredients and perfectly cooked.

While not cheap, lunch was not overly expensive, about $25 per person including tip in taxes, and we couldn't finish it all. Never even made it to the rice or noodles.

It felt like we were in Hong Kong, without having to fly there or wait in line for a table.

I would definitely go back to Sea Harbour!

While the dim sum is excellent, the service to Caucasians is terrible. Being from the NYC area, I've had some of the best dim sum. My husband and I went there on a Tuesday morning while on vacation. This is actually our 3rd time eating here. The waiter kept adding our tab up as if he wanted us out and there were still tables. Another waitress kept going by with steamed buns and offered them to the Asian tables and ignored us. Again, dim sum was top notch but we felt they didn't want our business.

This restaurant is away from other restaurants with plenty of parking. The place is nice, and the staffs were very polite. Foods are delicious with reasonable price.
