The food was quite good. Although our server was the "senior waiter", I did not appreciate him. Although his service was very efficient and it was obvious he knew what he was doing, I did feel extremely rushed. He certainly did things in a hurry. In his haste he almost poisoned my wife with gluten even though it was discussed 3 times during the ordering process stressing the importance of gluten free as my wife is a true celiac.. The meal arrived for my wife and she noticed the sauce and asked if the sauce was gluten free. He said he would check, left and came back quickly and said a mistake has been made and took the plate away. My problem is that it is up to the server to verify that the food was actually gluten free as ordered and should not have been served to my wife. Thank goodness we asked and avoided her being violently ill. After the bill was paid by our friend, I was still fuming inside and wanted to see the manager. She was excellent and very apologetic. SHE DID COMP THE BILL so koodo's for her. She did what should have been done without hesitation.

I had a voucher from restaurants.com that I needed to redeem, did a search and settled on Antonino's based on the reviews, I am so glad we did. Had the spinach ravioli & capellini with chicken, both were great. We were one of two couples dining at the time so service was very tentative. I loved the decor and would like to return for dinner as I can imagine it being a very romantic setting.

This place is outstanding in many ways. They can accommodate a large group or dinner for two. The food is very good and service is excellent. There is a large menu with selections that will satisfy any taste. They will even customize a dish for you. We had a group of nine and service was flawless. My only reservation was that I asked them to insure the check was provided to me when I made the reservation. That word did not get to the front desk upon our arrival. I asked the staff member upon my arrival to inform the waiter and that was also not done. I then asked the waiter, Joe, for that accommodation and he was outstanding and discrete. This was a minor glitch but in the end was done as requested. A system should be developed to provide this service and have the word passed to the staff.

We love the dishes here and tend to order the same favorites: chick parm, and fettuccine Alfredo, but also tried a new dish, Angel Hair "special" (scallops, shrimp, fancy mushrooms in cream sauce) and it was amazing! Loved the lunch portions which were huge, and better prices, about $20/dish. Salad was just ok, nothing special, but it was good.
We return to this place again and again because we know we'll get an amazing meal. Server said that there are lots of dishes that are not on the menu that they make, such as halibut and other fish that are available daily. Nice to know.
