This B&B is a converted country farmhouse in a quiet relaxing location, minutes from Pt Reyes Station. The room are comfortably furnished antiques. Most rooms have a terrace or a small balcony. There is a horse stable and paddock area available for those who bring horses....with room available over the barn. The owner, Tom, also has two charming cottages on the water on Tomales Bay. Breakfast is made fresh each morning by Tom, and you are free to chat with him in the kitchen if you like. We have stayed at the B&B before and also have stayed in one of the water-side cottages. And we will return many times in the future.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms have a nice terrace.

Stayed in the groom's quarter's efficiency rooms above the stable. Clean and comfortable. Daughters stayed down a short hallway sharing our hallway bathroom. Waking up and seeing the beautiful guest horses outside our windows was a real treat.
We bought groceries every day at the Palace Market, also owned by the same family. Great fresh produce, wonderful deli with innovative prepared foods and salads.
The Bed and Breakfast on the same property had well appointed rooms and a really cozy living room with a great fireplace.

The Inn is located on an acreage in a lovely rural setting a short drive from downtown. When we arrived at the Inn there was a welcome letter waiting at the front desk. On a side table, a decanter of port wine and a dish of dark chocolate malted milk balls. In case we were looking for a recommendation on where to dine, local area restaurant menus were available for review. We did not meet our host, Tom until the next morning.

We stayed in Room 3 for two nights. This is an upstairs room with two balconies located on opposite sides of the room. If it is too sunny or windy on one side, the other should be just right. Great places to relax, read a book and sip a glass of wine. The room was clean and the queen bed comfortable. There was no clock in the room or TV at the Inn. Cell phone coverage is minimal but WiFi is available.

Coffee is served at 8:00, breakfast at 9:00. On this day we had blueberry pancakes with sausage links and watermelon. We had an early start for day two so Tom showed where the to-go cups were if we wanted to fire up the coffee pot before we left. We have no hesitation in recommending this B&B.

We stayed 2 nights at the B&B. Had a really nice room in the main house with a balcony overlooking the grounds. The inn feels like its out in the country (noticeable by the rooster crows but earplugs were provided!) and is only 5 minutes drive to downtown and 25 minutes walk. The innkeeper Thomas was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, especially good hiking trails and beaches. The breakfast was delicious.

We had a wonderful weekend at this B&B. Stayed in Room 3, with no common walls, windows on three sides and two balconies. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Tom, our host, was wonderful, with great local advice and observations. The breakfasts were wonderful - french toast and fruit first day and fritatta fruit and morning bun on day 2. Relaxing and accommodating. My highest recommendation,
