I would not say this is my favorite restaurant in Paso Robles but I would definitely eat there again. Service was good, food was alright, the ribs were a bit dry, the sparkling water was flat but they exchanged that out when we told them. The burrito was good and spicy and a nice atmosphere.

We had a lovely dinner at Estella's which specializes in Argentinian and Spanish dishes. The steak was grilled to perfection. The service was excellent and we were able to walk in without a reservation on a Monday evening. Local and other fine wines are offered to complement the meals. The decor has paintings of toreadors and other images that evoke Spain. A fine dining experience!

We had the dinner tapas and the food was very good and reasonably priced. We sat outside and it was good atmosphere with the view of the square. Inside seemed very dark and gloomy. The service was excellent and would definitely recommend.

Sat at high table near window for warm evening meal. Waiter was young but very energetic and attentive. Menu was routine Estrella, meaning same tasty selections as last visit, except for special coconut fish entrée, which was excellent. Wine pours are generous, and the tapas, yucca chips & dip, was fun to eat.

We were looking for a weekday after 7:45 option and we found Estrella. Easy to find very friendly staff and a very clean restaurant

So here's the skinny... The wine list is fairly decent, they will taste 1or 2 for you to pick if you ask. The sangria was a hit at the tables around us so we tried it and loved it

I had the Asada tacos which were very very good, the grilled veggies were cooked perfectly but the seasoning was to processed for me as was the rice seasoning.

I really liked the salsa and the beans

She had the white fish which was well received, the mango salsa was very good, her white rice was very good, her black beans were very good

All in all a great choice with easy reservations and a friendly staff who complement a nice environment
