Loved this place! Check in and out was easy and person was very pleasant. There are several buildings and it was great to be able to park very close to entry. All the rooms (that I saw have) an interior hallway leading to rooms. Especially nice for a single traveler.
Hotel is older but renovated and well maintained. Rooms were very spacious. Super comfortable bed, sitting area, coffee maker and mini bar. I thought I remembered reading that the rooms had a balcony or patio. Mine (second floor) did not. While it did have a sliding door that opened to hear the fountains in the lagoon, there was no where to step out. Ground floor did have the patio. Also thought I remembered reading that robes were in the rooms and I did not have any. Neither huge deals!
Landscape is lush and beautiful, very peaceful. Pool is not large, but plenty big enough to cool off. There were several chaise lounges and umbrellas at the pool, and even pool side food/beverage service! Fitness center is small, but had the essentials including water, towels and a/c.
Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the pool restaurant and food was exceptional. Nice wine list and full bar, friendly and knowledgeable servers.
Much nicer place to stay than large brand hotels!More
