Had a fantastic few hours here with girlfriends The cable car ride was awesome.I loved the rotating floor which allowed us to see the full view around us.Not to be missed whilst visiting Palm Springs.

My brothers and I took two different hikes- ours was one hour , relatively flat and easy with beautiful views, their's was about three hours, more demanding and also satisfying. Highly recommended.

Wandered on some short trails after a tramway ride. I wish we had spent more time there! The trails are nice the views incredible.

As other reviewers have stated, the views of Palm Springs and Coachella Valley are stunning. Especially around late afternoon through sunset into the night.
There are a couple things to bear in mind to make this an enjoyable visit.
1) Check and double check the forecasted tempatures at the top. Palm Springs may be warm to hot, depending on the time of the year but it is much COOLER at the top of the Tram. DRESS ACCORDINGLY otherwise you WILL be cold.
2) Remember that its over 8000 feet high. The air will be much thinner. Eventually you will adjust but watch yourself the first few hours otherwise youll feel very lightheaded or worse. Normal physical activity will leave you worn out a lot quicker. Keep thos mind if you are bringing someone who is wheel chair bound.
Enjoy!

Great views. I enjoyed the informative display and the video. There are opportunities for hiking. I did a little of it but I prefer paved walking paths
