We had a great experience! The pools were awesome! We would definitely return back! They were polite and kind to us! Our rooms were awesome! This resort was very kid friendly! I would recommend staying here!

We booked and stayed at the Shadow Ridge Villas in a one bedroom unit. We were traveling with two adults and two kids. We were also traveling with friends and arrived really early and the reception desk was able to check us into the room and put us in the same building as our friends.
We were in the 2700 building, which was convenient for walking to all pools and the lobby. The hotel was sold out and yet because of how the buildings are laid out- we never felt like we were amongst a sold out hotel.
Our deck was large and overlooked the golf course and had a lawn area that the kids could use to toss a football. Our unit however was very dark inside. This was good to keep the heat down, but it felt a bit like a cave. The unit was smaller than some of the other villa properties but was totally fine for the amount of time we spent in the room.
We opted to spend most of our pool days at the smaller pool (L on the map) as there were cabanas, misters and much fewer people than either of the other larger pool complexes. We spent a little time at the main pool with slide in the evening. The smaller pool doesn’t have food/beverage service-but we just brought our own snacks, beverages and were fine. We spent one full day at the pool in the Enclaves and that was also a hit with our kids. Our kids were happy just playing in the water but I think if we were there a few more days they would have wanted a pool with a bit more adventure. The pool amenities here are GREAT for younger kids -but a little “boring” for the older ones.
Our last trip to this property was a few years ago and we stayed in the Enclaves building.

There’s so much you can do here. Our room was a 1 bedroom in the 1200 building. We were on the first floor with a beautiful view of the lake and golf course. They have 4 pools but the best would be the one in close to the 2000 building. They have a great bar and you can order food from the waiters walking around taking orders. The prices are expensive for food. I got a wrap and side salad for $15. It’s probably better to eat at the restaurants close by outside this place. There also a golf course and tennis course if your into that. In the morning we walked to the market place and got our lattes. The great thing about these villas is you have everything you need in your room for cooking a meal. There’s a Costco right off the freeway and Ralph’s is super close too to but foos to cook. They also have grills all over if you want to bbq. We had a great time.

Our only complaint for this trip was upon check-in. We stood in line and finally got someone to help check us in for the long weekend. The woman who was helping us was very unfriendly and apathetic. We asked for a better room and that took a while but our person seemed so annoyed by our very presence. We observed a family next to us being checked-in and watched as the person helping them being overly friendly and kind. Just super service to our left and apathetic service in front of us. Oh well, I did call to complain and was treated nicely by the rep who answered the phone.

We booked a two bedroom with a view of the golf course. Activities on the map were easy to locate. Pools were nice. Both had bars (can't bring in your own alcohol). The property was clean and close to most services we needed (Costco is down the road). Overall, good stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights in one of the villa/condos overlooking the golf course. Love the property, very comfortable for extended stays. The condos are well equipped to do you own cooking, and love the fact that they have in-suite laundry. Lots of pools to choose from. Downside is there are too many families so if you are looking for an adults only, not the best place (we were there in May and there were still kids there on the week days which just made it a little louder). Would highly recommend this property.
