Restaurant located in Resort at Squaw Creek. This was a Family outing (6 adults) and our server Jeremy was amazing.
Very courteous and attentive to our needs even though he was waiting on another table as well, he didn't miss a thing...
As for the food, appetizers to desert were amazing and very nice presentation.
No one at our table had the same thing, so there was a lot of sharing and tasting going on.
The Cut of the Day was Venison chop which was amazing and the Catch of the was Sesame encrusted Ahi which was equally delicious.
I had the Double Pork chop which was so tender I could cut it with a butter knife.
The deserts not to miss are the sorbet and molten lava cake were awesome !!
Also we finished dinner with a special made Limon Cello by Tam the most excellent bartender.
All in all the dinner was spectacular. Food and Wait staff were superb.

Our server Cliff exceeded all of our expectations. He was very attentive and accommodating to all of our requests. We had a party of 20 and he made each of us feel like we had one on one service. Our party also included kids, which he was well equipped to deal with. Our food was ok/good. We chose a variety of vegan options, seafood pasta and filets. We really enjoyed our pea soups and desserts.
Thanks Cliff. Keep up the good work.

Six Peaks Grill is in the Resort at Squaw Creek (which has an amazing location/view and amenities) on the lobby level. It has a great view across the valley, facing the sunset and mountains. You can eat inside with a view from some tables, or outside on the patio with a fire pit. Our server was very good, with excellent recommendations for the food, good pacing and attentive to our needs. I got an interesting twist on a Cesar salad, my wife got the pea soup which was delicious. She also got the small plates scallops for her main meal, and I had a veal rib chop which was cooked very well, accompanied by their own "steak sauce" which had an interesting flavor. Sides were creamed spinach (perhaps a bit heavy on the crime....) and very good forest mushrooms. Desert was intense- a deconstructed baklava for my wife, and I had a lava cake which was a very rich ganache cake, with toasted marshmellow and vanilla ice cream coated with graham crackers. Both were pretty large portions and yummy! The only negative was the pricing was a bit high, but quality and service were very good! Nice, romantic dinner with my lovely wife of 36 years.

We ate here the last night of our 5 night stay. We had mixed feelings because of some of the reviews which made us not try it sooner--BIG MISTAKE!!! This was our favorite meal of the entire trip! The outdoor view was beautiful, the service was prompt, kind, and warm. We had the heirloom tomato salad to start with. It was almost too beautiful to eat. The plate was filled with so much flavor from the fresh local tomatoes, grilled fig & peach, basil, and ricotta cheese! The fresh warm bread melted in your mouth. Our children order off the kids menu the tomato basil soup with grilled cheese--it was so gourmet! My husband and I had the filet & New York strip which were cooked perfectly. We had the mushrooms, squash, and truffle infused mash potatoes! Every dish was packed with flavor. Our server Amber was so warm and friendly and took such great care of us! She took our children's compliments of their dinner to the chef and he showed up at our table a few minutes later with a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich for the kids! This came as a total surprise and wasn't on the menu! The cookies were still warm from being freshly baked! We truly felt so spoiled! Then when we finished eating our meal the chef Greg brought us a s'mores molten cake! It was to die for!!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating here!
