Staff was extremely friendly. Had no issue with anything, despite construction happening right outside our patio door.
Nit fancy but comfortable.
Great food & drinks on site & free 1 hr Wine tasting!
Convenient location. We would stay again.

Although the hotel is undergoing a renovation, the staff's friendliness makes up for it. A good solid choice when visiting Napa. Rooms are clean and a great location as well. We will definitely come back and stay again on our next trip to Napa

The hotel is in poor shape, right off the highway, with views of a target. They look to be renovating the property but you cannot change the location. Room wasn't as nice as a Hampton Inn and the spa and gym are not attached to the hotel. Courtyard is all torn up during rehab so nothing is attractive about the property.

Skip it a spend a little more to get a better location and a decent room.

For a Napa hotel that is competing with The Meritage and the Hyatt in Napa, the quality of our stay would have to be rated as poor. I would have rated it terrible but the hotel manager was made aware of our issues that we encountered and did come through with giving us an additional room. The first of what was a comedy of errors was the booking. We had four adult women and wanted to all stay in one room, however, the website to book allows you to add a rollaway to the double double room. Once we arrived, we were told by the front desk that a rollaway does not fit in this room. When asked if we could have two rooms then we were told they were sold out. First, I would have initially booked two rooms if we knew a rollaway does not fit so that was the first mishap. Second, we had requested extra blankets and pillows upon arrival and nothing was in the room so called housekeeping and were given some blankets that looked stained and a make shift foam piece to put on the floor for one of us to sleep on. For a hotel that is $300 a night this is just terrible service. After dealing with all of this at 10 pm, we were hungry and ordered something from room service that we considered to be easy and fast , a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Room service advised it would arrive in 30 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half our sandwich finally showed up. Next was the spiders in our room. Crawling on the bathroom floor the next morning. Granted, this hotel is still under going some renovations which I chalked that up to construction stirring up the spiders to flee. Lastly was the check out and charges on the room that I did not sign for or authorize. Apparently the restaurant or bar staff does not check ID before allowing someone to charge something to a room so I had fraudulent charges on the room. My advice to the hotel is to always check ID when anyone is at your bar. Also, if you plan on staying here I would more than likely wait until all of their renovations are complete as that may help their service more. The positive side is the beds were comfortable and the food from room service is good. Just terrible service and very rude and unhelpful front desk people. The manager of the hotel, however, is nice and I feel sorry for her to have to deal with staff that isn't up to par for this type of hotel.

Room tip: Make sure to call ahead and ask about size of rooms, etc.

Okay, my daughter and I, and two other couples, were housed here as part of our prize package: airfare to San Francisco, 4 nights at the Marriott, and passes to the Napa Valley Film Festival. All staff that I interacted with were pleasant and accommodating, room service was prompt (breakfast), lunch was very good, beds great. The final bill, which I saw, seemed breathtakingly expensive, averaging $400.00 per night., but hey it's Napa. Make sure you make use of the amenities that are part of the upcharge of $20.00 per day - steamroom, whirlpool, gym, culinary tour, wine tasting, bike rental. Renovations were beginning as we were there; double check.
