Beautiful properties, friendly staff, top notch spa, delicious food, great wine...what more could you ask for?! Our stay at the Meritage was an unforgettable experience and we can’t wait to return! We even joined a few wine clubs from the tasting rooms at The Village (the quality of the service and wines from the tasting rooms was phenomenal)!

This was my second time to stay here. I love the amenities they offered to guests.

This hotel spa is great for girls’ trip, couples, or family. They have a bowling alley lounge facility, nice size pool, bocci (lawn bowling), hiking around vineyard in the back, tasting room and spa with in the grounds.
Plus! They have a shuttle to downtown Napa. So convenient and promptly on time. Great way to utilize going to Oxbow Area or at the different restaurant along the river ! drink up! You don’t have to drive!

See you soon! I hope!!!

We had our stay here extended by one night due to our hotel being evacuated in Yosemite during the fires.
We had originally planned one night - which would have been enough. This hotel is not set up for families and really only caters for adults. The family pool area is shocking - no towels, no drinks, no food, no service at all. Yet the adults pool looked great - music, bar, food, waiter service - I can understand why hotels have adult only pools but no need to treat your family guests so poorly.
At 8.30pm children were not allowed to stay in bowling alley as it was a bar area so we had to go back to our room.
Our room was really small, no balcony and it looked over onto a courtyard where the staff seemed to gather frequently to have very loud conversations.
We did the wine tasting - it was ok. It was about $70 plus taxes and tips and lasted about 20 minutes - expensive.
Would not return to this hotel - very disappointed. If they don't want to cater for kids they should have the whole hotel as an adults only hotel.

I do not typically complain or give rave reviews. I expect a minimum standard level of customer service. When we had a problem with our room, Meritage management was quick to resolve the issued. They have a high level of costumer service and a friendly and helpful staff.

During the busiest time of day, Julie, a manager at the front desk, was attentive to our concerns.

The amazing part was Concierge Rico. He was fast, friendly, and took care of us like no other could.

Thank you Julie and most of all Rico. Once our problem was resolved, enjoyed the facility. Thank You Meritage for a amazing experience. Julie, good job.

Rico, you were the best part of our experience. If you are an example of the high level of service, we will come back again and again.

Sincerely, great job!

Vince
