We booked through Expedia. Never again. Room rates were bait and switch. $629 the first day, then in the 200's the other three. Cancellation fee was the first night's rate. Staff would not accommodate without Manager who was not there on the weekend. Expedia told us to deal with the Hotel. The Hotel told us to contact Expedia. Cheesy lobby and elevator. Rooms were renovated but vestiges of the previous hotel were clearly visible. Wine fridge beeped all day/night. We finally figured out where the beeping was coming from and turned it off. Radisson toiletries in bathroom. On highway. Overall a bad experience. Manager was a bright spot. He was very sweet and did do as much as he could for us after our first two days.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting wineries and local businesses and restaurants. I have stayed at this property before and it was great. Due to Covid, there isn't daily housekeeping or clean towel delivery, unless requested. Staff is extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The daily breakfast was great before heading out with several items to choose from. Although it is right off of a busy highway, it is very quiet aside from the occasional guest letting their door slam. Overall, I would highly recommend although it is a little pricey, especially on weekends when the rates double.
