We only stayed here for 1 night but had a very positive experience. We arrived after 9pm so there was no one on reception but our keys were waiting for us in a post box.

On entering our room we were welcomed by a lovely note from the management in a guest book and a little pack of goodies which I thought was a very nice touch.

The room itself was decorated to a high standard and there was enough room for an 4 adults. The location of the Inn was a 5 minute walk from restaurant and shops along the front. If you're looking for a spot for breakfast definitely check out The Coffee Pot!

Stayed 1 night in August 2017. Had booked a family room, to accommodate parents + 2 teenagers... room was a good size, clean & very comfortable... The Pleasant Inn gave me the best nights' sleep I had over the course of our 2.5 week road trip thru Western USA.

Very friendly & helpful staff at check in/out.

It's a small motel & you can park right up the room- no having to move luggage a long way :)

It's very close to the sea shore/marina, although it was very foggy when we were there so didn't get to see much (I now have an excuse to go back!)

Hotel also provided a small 'goody bag' of treats waiting for us on arrival, which was a welcome surprise. There's also a guest book in the room, with many very complementary comments.

I'm really pleased to have booked here, & would fully recommend it to any considering staying in the area.

What a brilliant find, clean, great value, extremely friendly and free bike hire. Loved Morro Bay it was a beautiful town and a lovely beach (saw whales). Had a lovely meal at Dorn's and watched the sun set over Morro Rock.

Room tip: Eat at Dorn's, lovely food.

Everyone needs to try this place. From beginning to end I cannot say enough good things about Pleasant Inn. The customer service is excellent. It is a smaller hotel that is super cute plenty of parking and a great location to Embarcadero. Room was very clean and had a little kitchen that was perfect for getting things ready for dinner. The bed was so comfy and to some this may not matter but their beauty and bath products are cruelty free, so I was super stoked. In the room they had very good coffee. My husband and I would definitely recommend Pleasant Inn. We will stay again.

I stayed in a standard king room for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel certainly gave retro vibes with the outside decor with a modern touch with the renovated rooms. Customer service was great, the staff provided snacks, a card welcoming you to the hotel and a guestbook to leave a note for future guests and management. This place is an incredibly short walk to local shops and The Embarcadero.

Although it is clear that the rooms have been completely renovated, there are some signs that the hotel is a bit older. The walls are a bit on the thin side, so if you have noisy neighbors, you will hear them. I could hear the more rambunctious guests on the second floor when they ran around their room. I would suggest getting a room on the second floor to mitigate the noise factor.

Room tip: Get a room on the second floor.
