Best tasting Pho ever. I've eaten at about 50+ places. A bit of a Pho-natic. Broth is extremely flavorful. Additions and meat are fresh and tasty. Overall it simply tastes fresh and clean. Not sodium, glutamates, and/or fatty. Shrimp rolls also good. "Homemade hot sauce" is good if you are into that. I sampled just to try it. Environment is very clean and nicely decorated. Family owned and operated with excellent service. Great service is extremely rare for Pho places. Recommended.

Wow... this place really IS a "hidden gem". Definitely REAL FOOD - freshly made from scratch - and the flavors are amazingly complex and delicious. After reading other reviews here on this website, we decided to check it out on a Friday night. Good thing we got there before 6pm, as the place was already humming and filled up quickly. It's a small restaurant - simple but decorated nicely - and immaculately clean. We got an order of the house spring rolls (excellent) and each of us chose a different "pho" - so we could compare tastes. My husband's not really a fan of Asian cuisine, so he was the skeptic at the table - but QUICKLY changed his mind when he got his first taste of the spicy rare beef pho he ordered. My sister got the meatball pho (pretty good) and I ordered the chicken (breast meat). The rich broth in each one was different, but ALL of them were scrumptious. Besides the excellent food, another thing that impressed us was the fact that it's truly a family business - the dad waits the tables, the mom runs the kitchen, and their teenagers do an amazing job of customer service (with a smile!) in the dining area and at the cash register. Amazing food & nice family - this is the type of restaurant we like to support. I'm sure we'll become "regulars".

Based on past reviews, a friend and I met there while traveling for work in the area.

Seat yourself atmosphere with attentive staff. We ordered Thai iced tea with our rare beef pho and it came out within a few minutes.

Great flavor and they recommended a sweet and spicy seasoning, which made it even more flavorful!

Fair pricing and if you are craving pho, this is a wonderful little shop.

This is a hidden gem tucked away in a nondescript strip center on Main St in Morgan Hill. What sets their Pho head and shoulders above anyone else's is the broth. The co-owner and chef spends hours each day making her broth from scratch using many, many different spices. The result is a silky, complex broth with minimal salt and almost no fat. Some nights I just want to order the broth to go and use it at home. All the other components of the Pho come together nicely. Moist, meaty pieces of chicken, firm chunks of Tofu and a variety of meats. Our family will just not eat at another Pho restaurant they are that good.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Santa Clara County. The food is made to order, the pho is absolutely the cleanest most delicious pho you will ever have. The restaurant itself is impeccably clean and authentic in its decor. Like some of the best, it is a family run restuarant. Try the mango spring rolls...to die for!
