I am skeptical about most "all you can eat" restaurants because it is usually buffet style and you don't know how clean the serving utensils are or how long the food has been sitting there (especially true of all you can eat sushi places). Zenko is different. You can eat off the menu or you can go the all you can eat route. If you go the all you can eat route, you order your appetizers and sushi, and it is made fresh per your order. As you are finishing your first order you can make your second order (and so on). And the sushi is good too. It is probably not the quality of a high-end sushi restaurant with 10 stools at the bar, but it is far, far better than a sushi buffet and very reasonable.
