The staff weren't that nice and didn't really help to understand the menu. Eventually we just chose something randomly so I couldn't have had the real Patbingsu experience, such a pity, my parents and were really disappointed. The only good thing there was that they had Korean songs in the background, so it made me at least happy a bit.

I love milk bingsoo. So everything about this place is so good to me. I only had the original milk bingsoo so not sure what the other flavors taste like. But I'll def come back to try some of the other flavors. I came on a Sunday night and it wasn't busy at all. It came out pretty quick too after ordering. All in all, I recommend this place. The portions are smaller than sul & beans though.

Our last stop in LA's K-town was at Okrumong to get some Korean style shaved ice dessert (팥빙수, also stylized as patbingsoo). As most places it's at the end of a strip mall and the interior looks like a cheap cafe. We ordered the classic Snow Bowl for $8.25 and a mochi rice cake. The Snow Bowl was literally just ice, red beans, big mochi balls, and condensed milk in a beautiful metal bowl (They sell the bowls if you want to purchase them.) I didn't expect much, but wow! The texture of the ice was super fluffy and just melts in your mouth. It was not too sweet and perfectly balanced with the red beans and condensed milk. The mochi rice cake was nice as well, but not as amazing as the shaved ice.
This place is not cheap though, so it would be nice if the interior was a bit more upscale to match the pricea. They also have Snow cups without the red beans for those who are not used to beans in sweet deserts. Definitely on our recommended list for K-town dining.
