I had a package sent to the hotel. I explicitly stated in the package that the recipient was a hotel guest. When I tracked the package, I saw that it was received by a "Vicente H". However, they couldn't find the package even if they were asked multiple times about it.
Left the hotel without the package. The hotel didn't provide any follow ups or any communication about it. I've emailed, but no response. I've facilitated return of the package but I have yet to hear from them.
Concierge service needs a lot of help. It seems that the staff are inexperienced.
I'm so disappointed with my experience, I expected a lot from the Intercontinental, as I have stayed in a lot of their hotels in other countries. More
