This hotel is good for a one night stay close to the airport. They charge $15 for parking. The two bed rooms are double beds not queen. The room smelled musty and the toilet seat still had urine stains and hair in it from the last guest. The service was good and it was fine for one night.

I've been trying to call the hotel for the past 3 hours, calling every 5-10mins...i've been trying to contact a hotel guest and all the phone does is ring ring ring. i called both the 800 and 310 number, same thing. Spend 30mins waitng for the holiday inn customer service and all they said was to keep on trying. My parents have a flight in the morning and i've been trying to call them.
Last nite when i called, it went thru an automated system with options, today, nothing.
This is ridiculous and i will never give another $$$$ to holiday inn...this is horrible service, i rather pay more money to stay elsewhere then this.

The Hotel provides a free shuttle service from LAX intl airport. The rooms were very clean and quite and the beds were really comfortable. The concierge was so nice and even rang the taxi company for us when he noticed we had been overcharged for our taxi trip back from Hollywood Boulevard.

It's a hit &the miss one week go od another bad. If you go outside hotel don't go to your left not safe at night.

Marginal hotel, but close in proximity to LAX. When I showed up on a Thursday night, there was a line out the door to check-in. Nothing like being greeted by total craziness...kids were running around, luggage was strewn all over the lobby, and the staff was checking in people at a very slow rate.

After about 20 minutes in line, I received my keys to the room. To my surprise, the room appeared to be recently remodeled to cater towards the chic look. However, you would not know that by walking down the hallways (hallway was banged up and looked aged). They did offer a passcode for free wifi, but it was late and I was hitting the sack, so I turned down the wifi access code (free wi-fi is always a plus).

I woke up at 2am in the morning due to some retarded couple that decided to get in a yelling match. They must have been drunk because they went on and on and on--I eventually got out of bed at 3:30am and they were still gong at it. Apparently, the hotel staff was unable to get them to shut up. It would have been nice if the walls were thicker to muffle the noise of rude guests, but what are you going to do?

That being said, you can not knock a hotel for the actions of other rude guests. I would have gladly rated the hotel higher if they did not charge $15 for parking and if they offered a complementary breakfast. However, since that was not a case, 3 stars for you, Holiday Inn.
