My friend has recently moved to Downtown LA and he suggested meeting near his place for brunch on Sunday during our visit to LA. I was dubious at first as the area is definitely up & coming and I was convinced that his idea of vegetarian cafe was far from my ideal! BUT - how wrong was I! This place is a great find, it was really busy but they found us a table straight away in the courtyard. The service was friendly and the food was superb. It's so refreshing to find amazing vegetarian restaurants opening and offering original, fresh, appetising vegetarian food. Great place - would highly recommend a visit but would book in advance.

This is a great place, and if you are a vegetarian a must visit if you are in DTLA. An outstanding choice of dishes, in a fun environment!

This restaurant, located in the Downtown Arts District (there is a Blue Bottle just across the street), is absolutely wonderful. Parking on the street was relatively easy around lunch time on Mother's Day when we visited. The modern, bright, spacious interior and outdoor patio (tastefully separated by floor length windows) projects a welcoming ambience. The dishes we ordered from the all vegetarian menu (French toast, cauliflower pizza, potato arugula pizza, waffles, avocado toast, asparagus sandwich, chili, asparagus & mushroom omelet) were well crafted and delicious. We didn't miss meat at all. Obviously this place caters to a younger hip crowd but we enjoyed our experience and felt comfortable being here. All in all we had a great time. For sure we will be back if simply for a drink in the beautiful space. It’s good to see that this restaurant offers multiple handicapped accesses, including an elaborate lift at the front.

Family friendly with decidedly exciting menu, this place rates as a must try again. A terrific ambience with great garden dining plus a superb bar. Food service and the presentation were fantastic. A gem!

We had a sald, which was ok, margherita pizza and pesto pizza, gluten free.
They were terrible, and not only because gluten free. Crust was severely undercooked.
Mozzarella had become hard. I also had a side of Brussels sprouts, which were half burnt and half raw.
