Had a chance to visit The Flower Farm in Loomis on Father's Day 2015. It was a wonderful experience. There are many different corners of this lovely place. There is the garden nursery area, farm fresh produce area, wine tasting building and garden area, wonderful outdoor tables for relaxing and eating, gift shop and a B&B too. The food was California fresh cuisine and the wine offered was a perfect combination in a wonderful garden atmosphere. They are also kid friendly!! Tables with crayons, bean bag toss, bocce ball, sandbox and garden path. They also had live jazz band playing too.

Stopped by to make the final payment for my daughters wedding at the Flower Farm Inn and decided to have lunch with my bride. We chose to split the BLT and a couple glasses of wine from Le Casque across the pond. The sandwich was very good and the wine paired very well.

Do stop by and enjoy a slice of South Placer County.

My wife and I had heard about Flower Farm Inn from a friend. So with a little time in our afternoon, we gave it a try... and are THRILLED that we did!
First, the location is great. It is rather close to the Roseville/Rocklin/Loomis/Granite Bay suburbs - yet feels well removed and 'in the country.'
Second, the setting is lovely. With acres of rural country farm to explore, including wine tasting, a bed-and-breakfast, koi pond, garden center, and a wedding reception hall (barn), there are many mini adventures to enjoy and share.
Third, the restaurant was quite enjoyable. Clearly, the emphasis is on a coffee house type of experience, plus a limited menu and fresh juices. The food quality was quite good. And the outdoor dining experience was fantastic.
Be aware that business gets booming on Sundays after church, and when the weather is pleasant!

My 6-year-old met a friend here for a play date. What a great little place! I had just learned about it recently, and jumped at the chance to go there when the other parent suggested it. My daughter had hot chocolate, which she rates 4 circles. On the other hand, my jasmine green tea was definitely 5 circles -- real loose tea, not a tea bag. Service is very casual. They have sandwiches and other items. Kids played several rounds of bocce afterward. They don't chase you out when you are done. There is also a nursery and gift shop, a bed and breakfast, winery tasting room, and event space on the premises of the farm. See the website for details. Seems like a very community-friendly place. What a wonderful place! I'll be back for lunch -- and may give it 5 circles next time.
