I was expecting a typical bakery, glass cases for pastry and shelves for bread, perhaps a table or two for a danish and a cup of coffee. Solomon's is a commercial bakery that will sell retail if you ask. You enter through a back door off an alley are are immediately in the working bakery, huge mixers and ovens. Interesting if you like to watch, but not a place I would ever return (unless I wanted to buy many loaves of bread). I bought a loaf of rye bread. A bit fluffy for my taste, but nice flavor.
