If you are looking for a place to relax in an Onsen, this is the place! A little off the main road but still within walking distance of the main town. The service is amazing along with the facilities. Very clean!

Location/Staff:
From the train station, you can take the shuttle bus (Bus stop number: N15, 340yen one way) or the taxi to the hotel (approx. 2500yen?). Alternatively, if you missed the timing for the N1 to N 15 bus, you can still take the N1 to N11 bus to Norboribetsu Onsen bus terminal and walk approx. 15-20mins upslope to the hotel. You can take a picture of the bus route map at the bus terminal as it is filled with all the attractions nearby the bus stop number . The hotel is located near the footbath area and is walkaway to the Oyunuma Lake (approx. 30mins) A 15-20mins walk to Hell Valley from the hotel too. There are a few restaurants near the Norboribetsu Onsen Terminal (N11), but however if you are able to get breakfast and dinner from your hotel, it will be better and at ease especially during winter. Staff were friendly and polite and able to converse well in English. They also provide the bus shuttle timing upon request.

Hote/Room:
Stayed in the traditional ryokan room and totally loving the experience. The ryokan is fully equipped with amenities. Bed will be set up nicely while you are having dinner at the dining area in the main building.
The onsen are located on the highest floor at the main building and the 2nd building. The hotel do have both public and private onsen for you to choose from.

Overall a great experience.

Room is spacious with a great view. Love the Japanese style small living area concept. Nice breakfast & dinner provide. About 15-20 mins walking distance to the attractions (hell valley, food street, etc)
