Description: The Crossroads Cafe is a classic American Diner, located on 29 Palms Hwy, near the main entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. We offer a wide variety of traditional diner fair to go along with unique specials that are all made from scratch and made with love. In addition, our menu is filled with great options for folks with dietary restrictions of any kind. From our savory bacon pancakes to the classic hamburger, from our fish tacos to homemade vegan chorizo & eggs, our menu has something for everyone. Happy trails and always pack water into the park!

We ate here twice during our 3 day stay in the area, once for lunch and once for breakfast. The lunch was outstanding, one of the best seitan burgers with vegan mayo I have tried in a while. The bun was really fresh and the fries were cooked perfectly. They have IPA on tap which was really nice, since it's hard to find anything other than cheap bottled beer in this area. We came back for breakfast, which wasn't as good as lunch only because it was a busy Sunday and they seemed understaffed. But the food was still great and I will definitely come back.

This is a very nice local restaurant with a great service, waitress was really nice.
Food is nearly perfect. We couldn't taste the pies (sold out), we definitely will come back if driving close by.

Serendipity brought us to the Crossroad on the way to Joshua Tree. Good breakfast, good staff and shabby hipster setting. Funky by fantastic. Coffee was above average. Our server was a beacon of positivity!
Your bad tude today will not ruin my good tude today, everyday!
A plus!

Returned after a good experience 3 years ago. Family friendly with a good selection of comfort foods both delicious and fresh. Breakfast was great especially the bacon. Highly recommended with interesting decor and local pictures that are a delight.

This is a great local place - excellent food, warm and friendly service. If you go through the Joshua Tree National park then this is a must !It's crowded, but worth it. The menu has lots of options for everyone whether you are vegetarian or meat-lover. The chicken cilantro soup and fresh tuna tacos were super fresh and "yummy". Get a bowl because it goes too quick and you will wish you had more! The brownies are to die for!! You will want to take them home and you can because they are like $3!! This place is so cheap compared to NY. If I lived nearby I would live here!!
