Used the Hilton app, upgraded room to oceanfront 9th floor and the day we check in we are now on the 3rd floor? We were told must be a app glitch and cant change room to 9th floor? Asked to just down grade the room so that we can be at least on 9th floor Hilton did that but we were charged the upgraded price??
The hotel overall is nice,clean and our boys had a blast at the pool with the pool slides. Don’t have vegan options like most nice hotels so we had to order door dash most of the time.
