This restaurant (along with Golden Tan's on the Westside) is one of the last great Chinese restaurants around. Other Chinese place now are just fast food, MSG-laden joints(anything which sells Louisiana Fried Chicken on the side), watered down versions of Chinese food (i.e. Panda's) or corporate expense sit downs (i.e. P.F. Chang's) These people are old school and use the old school recipes for thei cooking. the chow mein is flavorful without being too greasy, and try the shrimp with lobster sauce..it's a WINNER!
