I must say that over the years I have been going to this Cooperative winery many times. In the past years they renovated their wine shop, moving away from the warehouse to a real boutique.
The town is hidden away the hilly region north of Asti and Alessandria. Once you get to town, there are a few signs to get you to the Winery. There is a big parking area infron to f the winery, with unmarket parking places.
The shop is not very big, but it displays very clearly all their wines, and the prices. Before you buy you can have a degustation of the wines and a short explanation of the origins and taste, during my last visit they also gave me a few grissini and a piece of salami to go with the wine.
You can buy a single bottle, a case of 6 or even per liter if you wish. they also have some of their product in a 3 liter bottle that they call magnum (i call it a double magnum or jeroboam) which make a very nice gift.
You can find even if they are small a nice selection of wines such as:
Malvsia di Casorzo (sweet red wine good for dessert)
Chardonnay
Cortese
Moscato (but they call it fermented most as they are out of the DOCG area)
Barbera del Monferrato
Barbera d'Asti including Superiore (aged in small batches in Barrique)
Grignolino d'Asti
Feisa
Barbera

I usually like the Barbera D'Asti and Barbera D'Asti Superiore (Vignot) that I use as a table wine back home and for a price of 4.50 and 6.50 I believe it is a great wine at a great price.
Also good the normal Barbera D'Asti that at
Dolcetto
Bonarda

This is the typical Italian small town cooperative winery. They have now (as of March 2016) build a wine shop where you can go and do a tasting of their selection. Before than, you would go right into the cellars, where all the drums and casks both of wood and metal were located. The new shop has opened the possibility for foreigners to enjoy this place even without knowing Italian!
Unlike the very large and well known winery, they are small, family oriented, proud of the fruit of their labor. They do not have a large selection but the wines they have are of good quality at excellent price. Their specialty is the red (sweet) Malvasia, which is totally different than the Malvasia of southern Italy. IT is a sweet desert wine, good for any occasion. They also have a Dolcetto which is nice, as well the Barbera.
