The rooms were ok. I stayed in deluxe room second floor, harbor views. Suites had basic Kitchener - small fridge and coffee maker. No microwave or any frills. There’s a sink and small table. Fireplace was nice and patio was small but nice. Harbor view is still of a street and parking lot. It was nice but not what I hoped for.

This is a charming property in a very interesting spot. The rooms are configured with a bath, bed and sitting area. In all the rooms we have booked, we have also had a very nice balcony or terrace and a nice view. The staff is welcoming, the parking is free and it is easy to just venture out on foot for walks and meals. The concept of being connected to a mall has not really materialized which is unfortunate. However, having said that, there are some shops in the vicinity and a diverse choice of restaurants.

Room Tip: Rooms with a view are worth the extra $$.

We have stayed in room 313, a very beautiful decorated large room with a nice king-size bed and a great sitting area – a (gas) fireplace, a small sofa, an armchair, dining table with two chairs. There was a so called small wet area with a Keurig coffeemaker and a refrigerator, no microwave. The also beautiful and large bathroom has got a separate shower and bathtub. Through the sliding door we had access to the balcony. We could park our car in the parking garage beneath the hotel. The hotel itself is also very tastefully decorated.
We are very enthusiastic about the hotel and the room, but … we booked a Deluxe Harbor Suite with views of the harbor and the ocean, I even had contact by e-mail with the hotel front desk about the fact that we wanted a room with a nice view and they advised us the Deluxe Harbor Suite. But the view was very disappointing: a very large tree was standing right in front of our view and the busy street was just below the balcony of room 313. As I mentioned this to the front desk lady, she answered that she did not know that they had such large trees (…). At the other side of the street was a very large parking lot and behind that we could see at the left side of the tree the harbor and at the right side of it the ocean (bay): see attached photo.

Very nice harbor view room with fireplace and balcony. Room 120. Wheelchair accessible room. Room door 35" wide. Bathroom door 34" wide. Toilet, seat up is 17" in height. Sink knee clearance 25", depth 12". Roll-in shower 60" x 36". Bed height 21". Carpet is moderately thick. Excellent service and parking.

Room Tip: Heard the fog horn all night. Went off once every 10 seconds. We got used to it and slept through the sound.

This is a great property. I read other reviews that mention road noise and I see how it might depend on the location of the room. We were in the main building and road noise didn't seem to be a problem. You do hear the fog horn in the back ground. The hotel supplies ear plugs if that is a problem. The rooms are lovely and large. Great harbor views, easy parking and a beautiful lobby. There are shutters that link the bedroom to the bathroom, above the bathtub. While that is a fun novelty, it does make it awkward to use the bathroom when someone can simply open the shutters. I'm not sure it is the best idea. The hotel has a great location with several fun restaurants all within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
