Stayed for 3 nights in early August. Rooms were okay. Location (just beside the Old Town) was good. Nice pool area. You could rent bikes and go biking on the neverending trails around Sacramento. We had a great breakfast at the Sutter Street Grill which was 5 minutes walk into the Old Town area. The hotel had a free internet service which was great when planning what to do in the area. All in all; very recommendable

The Inn is in a wonderful setting for quick access to the historic town of Folsom. It's an antiquer's paradise with shop after shop. However, don't be fooled that you will be seeing any water (river or lake) from your room. Trees have grown up along the shore that completely hide the view. So rooms advertised as "lakeside" are that in location only. The room we had was very nice, though the age of the hotel may be showing a bit.

We stayed in the suite room for 2 nights. Room was perfectly clean. It was exactly as the picture looked. Jacuzzi is spacious, fireplace is beautiful and has glass doors facing both the king bed/jacuzzi and living room area. Entire room is so large, we were surprised. Ordered room service which was exceptional. Only drawback is the oaks lining the river have grown so tall you cannot see the water from your window.
But that in no way detracts from the room. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Customer service is great, very attentive.
