To be able to drink fantastic tea and coffee, and eat lovely cakes amidst Alvar Aalto architecture is awesome. If you're lucky to go on a lunch day, the food is freshly made and incredible

We ended up visiting last summer based on a suggestion from a friend. The place was really a pleasant surprise. Filled with classic Alvar Aalto furniture and run by friendly staff high on the riverbank the atmosphere was the best. The food and the flavora were good also - not fine dining but rather combination of traditional and but newer (felt like my childhood). We ate from the lunch buffet and had a nice table on the small terrace. Next summer will return for a visit as we pass by Eura.
