Apart from a small but annoying problem of the hotel charging the wrong credit card is spite of being advised not to, there was little to complain about. We went primarily to climb the Volcano but it was closed due to high winds. The other activities were I'm sure great but not for us older folk. The noise of the horses setting off at six in the morning was not great but not disastrous.
Food was much as expected in a large establishment but on a par with most of the places we stayed in Costa Rica. There wasn't much of a personal touch to the service but it was OK.More
