My girls play soccer down the street from this place and it was recommended by some of the parents. The food was great and it was pretty cheap.

The carnitas burrito was the best I've ever had in the states. The carnitas were so flavorful. The beans, salsa and onions melded with the carnitas for an outstanding treat. Wish I lived closer......I would be a regular! Great market, and even had my favorite tequila, Siete Leguas reposado!

Good fresh meat here and they havent jacked up their prices like a lot of other taquerias. The added chili peppers and radishes thrown in are a nice touch. Also even though it is a meat market/small grocery or convenience store, there is seating inside.

After seeing another review, we decided to try this for lunch today. Their tacos are good tasting, even the beef, but the way to get your order is a bit tricky, because this is a store which sells lunches, etc.
Parking is a bit tight with the other shops around, so once you get a space around the side, go in and get in line at the counter on the right where all purchases are made. Behind that is the menu. Then travel to the back meat counter - tell them you're waiting on an order and do not need help with a slab of meat purchase - and wait for your name to be called. Once called, grab your stuff, put your receipt in the bucket on the counter if you like and either head home or deviate to the left and through a small ramp into the table area (six tables or so), and there's more shopping space away from the windows.
Bad news: The order we got was handled by a woman with questionable mental skills. How hard is it to ring us up for 2 tacos each of the first four? We told her three times and either she blew the charge or the guys behind the counter failed to give us taco #6. Despite this, we'll probably go back again. Was not impressed by the strips of pork (too difficult to bite through), but the pork bits, chicken, and steak were pretty good. You also get some salsa, but it's very strong and there's not choice of others.

This has been one of my favorite places for years. Everything is prepared fresh and the portions are large. The prices are really reasonable. I had a huge carne asada quesadilla and soda for about 8 bucks. They can be quite busy but it is worth it!!
