They touted upgrades to their rooms - but did not have that experience in our Deluxe King with a sofa bed room. Toilet and bath tub dripped all the time. Sofa bed so uncomfortable. They could not seem to get our reservation correct!

If you’re not a pet lover then this hotel is not for you. The staff are really nice but the rooms are not so clean. And have a really unusual order. The location of the hotel is safe. Walking distance to shopping rcenters.

Staying in Burbank for business for a week I chose this hotel for proximity and kitchen. While looking good from the outside, the lobby, hallways, elevators, etc were dirty. Many of the other guests I saw looked like street people, or worse, very scary for a woman alone. Breakfast was granola bars, packaged muffins, oatmeal packets and coffee/tea. Everyday. No utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. in the room - you needed to ask and carry to your own room. Stairway doors were propped open every night.

Pros- location because it’s close to target to buy food and some restaurants.

Cons- they do not clean rooms daily.

Overall I found staff to be nice and facilities to be clean. The breakfast is a JOKE though, not even pieces of fruit are offered and it’s all crap food that is not nutritious.

This was my fourth time staying in this hotel and each time it has gotten worse. Lobby was dirty and not very welcoming; rooms was very outdated; now you no longer leave kitchen supplies in the room. You are fixing up the outside but there was dog poop and cigar butts outside and were never cleaned up during the time we were there. Outside garbage cans not emptied and store shopping carts outside the front door.
