Great meal with friends. All dishes were delicious. Service was prompt. Parking available across the road. BYO wine only. Will definitely return.

The Saffron is just after the Old Town Clock and renowned dog leg in Inglewood. It is on a popular bus route and easy to get to from Perth City and Morley etc. They serve top class Indian food with wonderful flavours which we love to eat with garlic naan bread. They are known for their excellent korma curries and their butter chicken is one of the best anywhere in the world. Do yourself a favour and try it!

We had a group dinner here for 12; ample food, wine by the glass execrable, but did allow BYO ($4 corkage). No range in the heat of the dishes, but that could be because the restaurant has learned that not everyone likes it hot (or medium, or warm either)!

My friends and I had a great time here on Saturday night. The decor was impressive - clean, funky and warm and the atmosphere was lively. The service was good although it took a while to get someone to take our order. After that, we were very well looked after and our waitress even gave us some good advice.

The food was very fresh and every morsel of chicken we had in every different way was incredibly tender and juicy which is so rare to find in most restaurants. The malai kofta was quite bland but the saag we had was better than most. The serving portions were value for money.

Would we go back? Absolutely.

My partner and I came for dinner at 7pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was fairly busy, nothing ott. The experience was terrible, the food average and the wait time ridiculous.
Waited around 20 minutes to be served, then another 1/2 for the basic starter to arrive. Having been in the restaurant for almost an hour we still had no drinks. We waited an hour for our wine to arrive. Dirty dishes left on the table for ages. The main was tasteless!!
The table next to us were 8 in total, loud arrogant "locals" .
Such a disappointment , loads of other Indian restaurants in Perth to visit, much better quality and cheaper. Don't waste your money or time, go try another.
Completely under staffed and they were run off their feet. Friendly but over worked.
Waste of money !!
