Yes the Habanero and brisket jerkies cost $40 a pound (which is why it is priced by the ounce)...but it is the first time I have ever loved jerky...the pineapple flavoring and smoke and burn in the case of the habanero are delicious...so good.
The sandwiches were the stars...it takes a bit to get one if you don't order ahead, but they make them from around 6 am on so you can take one up into Yosemite and enjoy it later. They are a bargain starting at $7.50...but we ordered the double meat and hot ones which are a touch more...and of course EXTRA bacon....the roast beef and the hot ham/bacon/cheese ones were so good we ordered one for dinner and the next day returned to take them to the park. The ladies put all the messy stuff on the side so they wouldn't be soggy and mmmm, they were just great. The potato salad is really excellent as well...We wanted to try other places in town, but we could not bring ourselves to try anything else.
