We took a couple to Panini Cafe in Santa Monica recently and found it to be one of the restaurants we will add to our go to places with guests. The food was excellent and the service was pretty good. The portions were really generous. I had the beef kabobs and it came with two skewers of meat and one skewer of vegetables all perfectly cooked. My wife had brie chicken panini which she liked very much. One of our guests had the moussaka which he reported was very much to his liking. The kabobs and the moussaka came with basmati rice and a salad. We also had the mixed middle eastern appetizer which was plenty for four. The bill with one person having a glass of wine was $93. Very reasonable for such a nice restaurant.
