First the bad: the company had pretty poor communication and customer service. When I called the number provided to ask about check in, I spoke to a main number who had to call this location a few times to see what the answer would be. Communication was poor and cumbersome. I was on hold for 15 minutes at one point. While they have a question section on their app, some things are more efficient with a phone call.
Check in is at 4:00 which is later than most hotels. When i entered my room after the hour there was an employee checking everything. You also really want to have their app on your phone for convenience in checking in.
You have to schedule a cleaning two days in advance and you get one free cleaning. I'm all for less cleaning (keep costs down and save the environment a bit), but i needed new towels (which i did get) after 4 days. I didn't realize you needed 2 days notice to schedule a cleaning, i tried to apply for same day cleaning with no luck.
The good: there is a person at the front desk at all times (minus a few min) that i walked past even though the vibe of the hotel is contactless. You get a code for your room which eliminates the need for a room key.

My room was clean and large enough. Some people complained that it's not large enough but i disagree. By American standards it's probably average sized. There's a bed, closet, bathroom with shower.More
