Stopped by here after a long day of hiking in Sequoia. Ordered the "World Famous" burger and it did not disappoint.

Two quarter pound patties stacked with lettuce, onion, pepper and cheese almost was too big to bite! But fear not, bite I did, until after crumb was finished. I am full but I am hungry just thinking about it.

The onion rings are well worth it.

Don't forget the sweet chili sauce.

Service was fast and friendly.

Coming back for more!

Thank Pete J

We stopped in recently for lunch with another couple. The food was delicious and the iced tea was great. We ordered a chili dog, chili size and a BLT. Everyone was thrilled with what they ordered. This place is a bit out of the way, but if you are in the area it's definitely worth a stop. Great place with friendly service.

We ate once at the Badger Mountain House. Our burgers were great. They close very early, so check on-line for their hours before visiting. We were there when it was very hot outside so we did not sit outside. The outside sitting area looked very inviting had it been a cooler evening.

It's a nice restaurant and bar. It has a game room to play pool and shuffle Board with dining areas both in inside and out side on a large patio. The staff are friendly and the food is good. There is also a Cowboy, small community atmosphere with a number of historical pictures on the walls. though there is a bar there is plenty of tables away from the bar area that makes for a nice family atmosphere and a favorite stop for Motor cycles.

After unsuccessful tries at finding edible food in the Park we decided just to head back to town and to make it a little more interesting chose to take route 245 through the country. We are SO glad we did.

The Badger Mountain House stop was not planned but we were hungry and wanted a break from the winding road. They had a wonderful deck overlooking some beautiful scenery. And they said we could bring in the dog. From there it just got better. The kitchen is a grill - and it's a bar but these folks made the most of it. We got a rib eye sandwich and potato salad that made our day. And the service was great. It's a stopping off place for lots of folks on Harleys and other high end bikes and it seemed like everyone knew most everyone else. A great place to watch people. We didn't have room for pie but the pie well, it looked to die for. Next time we will go without lunch to be able to try a couple of them.

Thank you for a great meal and a relaxing time.
