We stayed here for a week in one of the newly renovated rooms which was just delightful. It was really large and beautifully furnished and decorated. The manager came to tune in our tv one day and told us they wanted to have a limited number of really large, lovely rooms for guests rather than loads of average rooms. They have certainly done this; our room was fantastic. The grounds are just lovely and everything is done with such care, love and attention to detail. All the staff were so helpful and friendly - there if you need them but not intrusive at all. Our taxi to the airport didn't turn up so the lovely woman on reception offered to drive us there herself; that's service you don't get very often. There is so much to see in this Finca; little hidden gems and curiosities all over the place. We had friends who live in Palma that came to visit us and they were really impressed with Ca N'Ai. We only had one dinner and that was our mistake - next time we stay we will eat here more often - the food was outstanding!
Cannot think of anything we didn't like; the tram stops were at the bottom of the garden and within minutes you could be in either Port de Sollor or Soller town for dinner. Can't wait to return in the spring.

we stayed here unfortunately only for one night. we were given a junior suite, very generous living area, super comfortable bed and amazing rooftop terrace. the hotel grounds are simply stunning, lush green trees, beautiful dining areas and views all around. the pool areas are packed with daybeds, hammocks, loungers etc., with lovely private areas to sunbathe. we had lunch, dinner and breakfast which was the best quality throughout. the staff - from check-in, bar, waiting and cleaning - are all so friendly, accommodating and helpful. we had just come from a so-called 5* hotel which wasn't a patch on this hotel. it is simply magic. we will be back! thanks to all at Ca N'ai.

Ca N'ai, is charming, relaxing and rustic, but not the luxury and refinement we had hoped for. We stayed in one of the apartments located in the 4 or 5 very pretty detached buildings that are spread around the very extensive grounds. The apartment was huge and furnished with antique furnishings, in the case of the bedroom and bathroom antique in a V nice way, in the case of the lounge and patio antique in an old tired way. It was peaceful and quite. The pool area is all good with exception of the surrounding floor being made from extremely sharp foot slashing loose gravel, make sure you have your flip/Fs!!! There is a selection of very, very large, very comfortable sun loungers and hammocks both with and without built in sun shades. Breakfast taken on the terrace is a relaxing start to the day. The staff are friendly and the food served in the evening was 8/10 excellent especially the Turbot dish and the local brandy.

Not many places offer the kind of relaxation that Finca CA N'ai do. The large area with citrus trees gives a super relaxed atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and offer a great service. We ended up in one of the houses away from the main building and got a nice large room with everything we needed. Being situated away from the main area was a contributing factor to relaxing on the private terrace.
The food was great and the breakfast had orange juice from their own farm which was very nice.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an experience beyond what normally get at a hotel.

Visited for 1 week in July 2017, we had 2 super suites in the main house, stocked fridges, terraces, air con, en suites, etc etc, really nice staff, beautiful setting, wonderful pool, ideally located between the town and the beach, on the tram stop so don't need a hire car, Amelia and Miguel (and everyone) were fantastic and the owner makes fantastic Gin & Tonics and adds some basil......Great Turbot too...
