This feels like you have been invited by friends of friends to stay in their tasteful home. It is incredibly quiet and smaller than we had imagined. The rooms are cool and spacious, filled with tasteful things but antique sofas etc which look lovely aren't always the most comfortable! Bathrooms are not high tech but clean and smart. We found our hosts to be charming though not effusive. Breakfast is again stylish but not extensive; fine fruit salad, baguettes, small meat and cheese platter, but of high quality. Eggs or anything cooked is extra. The location is good; about a 5 minute walk from the main square of this lovely town. We ate dinner here one night which was fine but we preferred our meals at Luna 36 in town.
If you are looking for a total wind down with no action, a small pool and a garden in tasteful surroundings and want to be undisturbed but with access to lovely shops and restaurants this could be a good choice.

Returned from this lovely place last week. A unique hotel. Staff are both friendly, courteous & always professional. I don't think we've ever been to a hotel where we were made to feel so welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Rooms are individual & very in keeping with the stunning building. Gardens & pool area are faultless. The restaurant is in the most beautiful setting & the food is to match. Best restaurant in Soller. We will definitely return. Thank you to Patrick, Sasha & all of your staff. You have got everything so right.

Room Tip: On speaking to other guests it seems all rooms are excellent

This was our second stay at The Salvia and I think a third may be in the offing! This hotel offers sublime relaxation. Our room was equisitely furnished and immaculately clean. Break was a delight with mountains of fruit salad, cheese and pastries. We ate at the hotel twice in the evenings, both meals bring excellent value for money, not to mention totally delicious. Patrick and Sasha are more than happy to offer recommendations be it for days out or other restaurants. We would recommend La Vila restaurant in Soller and El Paisage in Port de Soller.

An incredibly beautiful and peaceful hotel. It feels like you're staying with wealthy relatives in their gorgeous Mallorquin mansion. Sasha, Patrick and the staff are incredible. We were in room 7 which has a picturesque view of the mountains from both the bed and the bath. You can tell the house has been restored and decorated with such attention to detail and love. Every day you discover a new corner or detail to admire. Breakfast is one of the best i've ever had and the dinner we had was delicioso. The gardens are lush and the pool is inviting. We had massages which were also fantastic. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in paradise this is the place. The town of Soller is lovely, but next time we would leave the car behind - it's easy to travel by tram/train and the tiny streets can be challenging! We walked over the mountains to Deia to swim in crystal clear waters of the bay and I can definitely recommend for anyone who loves trail walking/hiking. Port d'Soller is nice enough, the tram ride is the real highlight! We will definitely stay at Hotel Salvia again if we return to Mallorca.

Exquisite hotel in beautiful gardens. The staff are charming and their attention to detail is superb.
The rooms are individual and extremely spacious with every facility you'd expect from a luxury hotel ( dressing gowns, slippers etc).
Dinner is served in the glorious gardens by candlelight . The menu offered a variety of choices suitable for most guests and the presentation was always excellent.
We will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: Possibly rooms facing the garden and mountains would be quieter
