We were told that the hotel has been in operation for less than a year, but from the smooth operation of the staff this was not obvious. The hotel compound spreads out on top of a hill, giving us an illusion of living in one of those idyllic village houses. A very quiet environment, and gazing at the sky at night in the garden was a simple delight.
Our room was double deluxe twin, spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and clean. Wifi connection smooth and fast. Breakfast was delicious with a rich selection. The restaurant has a terrace that gives a good view of the hillside, and there were a few tables outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to help and this gave the place a true spirit of hospitality.
We had asked them to arrange airport pick-up and transfer to Wadi Rum camp. The price was fair and the cars in good condition. They provide taxi service to downtown, which means they can take you somewhere in town, at a cost of JD3. But we had to hail a taxi back, most of the time it cost more than JD3, depends on the bargain. As the hotel is on top of a hill, there is little to see in the streets nearby, but we found a small stall selling fruits and vegetables about 5-7 minutes from the gate.More
